Our most thorough maintenance option goes beyond a standard tune-up, providing deeper cleaning of key components and a detailed evaluation of your system.

Full disassembly of the outdoor condenser or heat pump, as appropriate for the equipment
Chemical cleaning of the outdoor coil
Disconnect and thorough flushing of the condensate drain line
Indoor blower wheel removal and washing, where accessible and serviceable
Inspection of electrical components and safety controls
System operation and performance evaluation
Recommendations for any issues identified
Includes everything on the Traditional Maintenance
Recommended for: First-time maintenance customers, systems with significant buildup, or homeowners seeking a more comprehensive cleaning.

Refrigerant Pressure Readings
Thermostat and Air Filter Checks
Capacitor Reading (if applicable)
Motor Inspection
Inspection of electrical components and connections
Visual inspection of the condensate drain line
Inspection of accessible indoor and outdoor components
